RENTAL RULES

No refunds will be given after check-in. Stays may be extended providing the lot is available. If the site is unavailable, a 2 night minimum is expected for a new site.

All incoming rental or guest coaches are subject to inspection by Resort Management and Staff. Coaches 10 years or older must have prior approval from management before accessing the resort. It is the responsibility of the Guest to provide pictures of Coach and receive approval prior to making a reservation. Coaches which are deemed unsuitable for the resort will be denied a site, normal cancellation charges will apply should this be the case.

Place All Trash in a bag tied tightly and left at the end of your site by 10:00 am. Break down large boxes and take them to the recycling center in the resorts maintenance area, trash pick up will not pickup cardboard boxes. DO NOT leave trash out overnight as it is an attractant to the wildlife in the Resort.

Beaufort County has a leash law. Pets must be on a leash, no longer than six feet, when outside the motorcoach. Pets must be always under control.

The pet owner is responsible to pick up and dispose of all droppings left by pets.

Receptacles and disposal bags are provided throughout the park.

Please restrain dogs from barking and disturbing others.

Pets are not permitted within the fenced area around the pool, tennis/pickleball courts or any building other than the rental office.

Do not leave unattended pets outside of the coach at any time. Tethers may be used only when the owner is present, and must not allow the pet to reach beyond the front of the coach and borders of the site.

Dog pens or fences are not allowed.

Pets must comply with the Beaufort County Animal Ordinance which states that restricted dogs must be spayed or neutered unless the owner has written proof of exemption because of the age or medical condition of the dog.

Beaufort County restricts the following breeds American Pit Bull Terrier

  • American Staffordshire Terrier
  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier
  • American Bulldog
  • American Bully
  • Cane Corso
  • or any dog that exhibits physical characteristics which predominantly conform to the standards for these breeds.

Animal Owners will be held responsible for the actions of their pets. All animal attacks must be reported to Beaufort County Animal Services.

The resort lake is for viewing pleasure only. No fishing or feeding the turtles is allowed.

Cards should be returned in the white with blue palms birdhouse on your final departure. Any unreturned cards will be billed at the rate of $15.00 for each card to your credit card on file.

While Gas Grills and Fire Pits are allowed, No wood fires, charcoal grills, electric smokers or open flames are permitted within the resort for safety reasons.

Guests staying at HHI Motorcoach Resort are allowed to wash any motorcoach with the water provided at the site. The front office has a list of local RV detailers that we can provide to you if you’re interested in having your coach detailed onsite. Detailers will bring along their own ionized water source to provide you with their best service.

Lights attached to trees, free-standing satellite dishes, clotheslines, drying racks, trash cans, gazebos, hammocks, scooters, drones, radio control boats or cars, skateboards, hoverboards, golf carts except for use by resort staff, and all licensed slow moving vehicles.

Don’t forget your gate card. A $25.00 Resort Fee will be charged to any guest that needs assistance to gain access to the resort after 10:00 pm. Additional fines will be charged for climbing walls or gates. Resort Management reserves the right to evict violaters of these rules and regulations. Resort Management also reserves the right to evict any guest for any reason deamed to be detrimental to the safety, health and welfare of any and all Resort Patrons.
