I HAVE A FRIEND WHO OWNS A LOT, MAY I RENT DIRECTLY FROM THEM?

All lot rentals must be handled by the rental office and/or on our online reservation system.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES THAT CAN BE PARKED ON A LOT?

One car per lot is permitted unless the driveway at the road is wide enough for two cars parked side by side, but not on the grass. Overflow parking is available at the recreational facility on a short term basis. Golf carts are not allowed to be used in the resort for owners and guests. Staff are the only approved users of golf carts.

MAY I CHANGE LOTS IF I DO NOT LIKE THE ONE I RESERVED?

Generally, you may NOT change lots, although under certain circumstances, exceptions may be made. All of our lots are individually owned, and the owner is expecting revenue from their lot being rented. Once a reservation has been made, any site changes will be subject to the timelines stated in our cancelation policies.

MAY I PARK MY TRAILER ON MY LOT?

The resort has limited Secured Storage, subject to availability. If you’re towing a vehicle, your tow dolly may be parked on the pad behind your coach, unless you are staying on a lakefront site. Tow Dollies may be stored at a fee of $10.00 per night. Trailers under 20 feet (From tip of tongue to end), must be stored off your site, storage fee for flatbed or cargo trailers under 20 feet is $15.00 per night. Trailers that are over 20 feet (from tip of tongue to end), enclosed, or dual axel/tandem (4 wheels) are not allowed. You must secure storage OFF RESORT GROUNDS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call Resort Office for suggestions for off-site storage locations nearby.

MAY I COOKOUT OR BBQ?

You may use your own personal propane grill for outdoor cooking, in some cases, lot owners leave propane grill for your use (check that lots individual listing). Charcoal and wood-burning grills and fires are prohibited due to the nature of our tree covered resort.

IS THE SWIMMING POOL HEATED YEAR ROUND?

The pool is cooled in the summer and heated in the fall and early spring. The pool is not heated in the winter. The pool is open and maintained year-round. We do have an 8 person spa that is heated and open year-round for guests older than 13 years of age.

MAY I BRING PETS?

Our resort is pet-friendly for dogs and cats only. In fact, we have a dog park and a dog wash right on site. Bring your furry friends by the front office and we’ll even throw in a treat! Exotic pets including pigs and reptiles are not permitted.

CAN I WASH MY MOTORCOACH WHILE I'M HERE IN THE RESORT?

Guests staying at HHI Motorcoach Resort are allowed to wash any motorcoach with the water provided at the site. The front office has a list of local RV detailers that we can provide to you if you’re interested in having your coach detailed onsite. Detailers will bring along their own ionized water source to provide you with their best service.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RV's FOR RENT?

Our resort is partners with RVshare, the largest peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. Discover Class A, C and Super C motorhome rentals. If you don’t want to drive, rent a deliverable unit and have it delivered to your rented site.
