Welcome to Fall Owners Week 2023!

We hope everyone is happy to be back in Paradise. As I tour the resort it is so nice to see more filled sites and several people enjoying the amenities. The weather was slightly cooler the last couple of days, but next week we should have beautiful weather to enjoy all of the events that you all have planned.

All Care Tree was in the resort today. They raised our canopy covering the roadways to 14 foot. The trees above the pickleball courts were also trimmed.

I am working closely with Hawk Marketing to straighten out the owners portal of the website. I am also having difficulties signing in as well. Once it has been fixed I will let everyone know. Thank you for your patience.

We have a large number of our owners in the resort and with that we are receiving many packages in the mailroom. We appreciate everyone’s urgency at removing your packages. We apologize if they are not separated and organized, some of you are just too darn fast for us, lol.

Happy Friday!

I can’t believe it is November. This year really went by quickly.

It is great to see everyone retuning home to Paradise.

We will start pulling down all of the globe lights for cleaning and the installation of fresh bulbs. You will see some poles without the globes while we work on them.

If there is a pagoda light on your lot not working, please email me. If it’s out the problem can be a few things, it’s not as simple as replacing the bulb sometimes. Thank you for tagging lights at night, it’s greatly appreciated.

The gate that hides the dumpster will be changed. The same windscreen will be used, but the door in the gate will be available to use. The door will also have the same windscreen.

The pickleball courts will be repaired the week of November 13th. Only court 1 and the gate adjacent will be closed. The repairs should take about a week.
