Direct Line should be a method for owners to directly communicate questions and concerns to the Board and/or resort management. Some of the Direct Line inquiries are narrow and addressed to specific issues, often related to a specific lot or location. Other inquiries are more policy related or of a more general nature. Sometimes in the past Direct Line inquires have contained language which may be considered divisive, inappropriate or that which could lessen the spirit of community in the HHIMR Paradise.
Moving forward your Board will respond to Direct Line inquiries as follows:
For narrow issue inquiries the Board will respond to that owner directly as quickly as possible. If there are aspects of the Inquiry which relate to a larger number of owners we will report the issue and response, both in a summarized manner, in Postings.
For Direct Line inquiries that relate to policies or of a more general nature the Board will acknowledge and summarize the inquiry in Postings and respond as needed in a public Board meeting.
It is not our intent to limit or avoid inquires. However it is our intent to avoid comments or questions which we determine are detrimental to the spirit of our community.
