The new board would like to thank the outgoing board members Tony, Spiros and Glenn for three years of challenging work.
We also are grateful for the owners that have trusted us, as new members to continue to serve the Resort. We are looking forward to working together to continue to improve our little piece of paradise.
One of our first orders of business is our search to replace our resort manager and are looking at options relative to the structure of the front office. It has been a very busy week learning, listening, and getting to know the issues. Again we are very appreciative of the former board members for all of their help and guidance.
The new officers are:
Mark Elliot, President
Bill Posey, Vice President
Barry Corcoran, Finance Director
Jean Bizup, Secretary
John Scott, Bud Grindle and Dan Kramer, board members.
We are also pleased that Glenn Rockwood,
will continue to contribute to the board as a non voting member and assume the roll as Treasurer. He will help overseeing many open projects and provide valuable insight from the past two years on the board.
We have decided to do a reset of the various committees and will encourage participation from owners. If you are currently on a committee please reach out that you would like to remain involved.
Our first 4 days have been exciting and very busy as we try to learn from the past and plan the course for the future.
This Spring’s owners week was fantastic. I can’t thank enough all those involved in making this a success. It’s going to be tough to top this, but we will try

The 2026 Annual Owners’ Meeting will be held:
April 11, 2026
The fall meeting date will be finalized next week Wednesday at our board meeting.
