The 2 pool heaters are still being evaluated. All work on them is covered under warranty. The vendor is waiting on parts and they should be up and running next week. The current pool temp is 72*.
The pool side shower repair quote has been approved. We are waiting on the vendor to provide a start date.
Atlas Survey was in the resort this morning. They will be doing more surveys so we can keep the paving project moving. Areas being paved will be announced at a later date.
All items noted in the Fire Marshals inspection have been corrected or replaced. The walls behind several of the emergency lights were repaired and painted before the new lights were installed. The new extinguishers have been installed. The Fire Marshal is due back anytime now for a follow-up.
The laundry carts have new wheels, and the vendor for the machines cleaned out the dryer vents. This is done on a quarterly basis.
The vendor who maintains our current card reader, gate system and alarm system has sold out to another company. Luckily we already have the vendor for HHIMR. The transition is in process. Alarm Fire and Security have met with us and are currently working as fast as possible to get the card reader(s) at the entrance replaced.
