Thank You for your patience and understanding with the water schedule. There were 12 pipe breaks on sites. All were above ground and will be easy repairs. We still have one more night of water being off and finding a few more breaks. Warmer temps are on the way.
If you see caution tape or cones it is a sign to stay away and DO NOT cross. When we feel it is safe the area will be opened back up. We are looking out for your safety and protecting the resort.
The outlet that was pulled out of the wall under the stage in the upstairs clubhouse has been repaired. The outlet strip has been removed along the windows overlooking the tennis courts. This was another issue that the Fire Marshal pointed out and asked for it to be removed.
The roof over the spa heater and pool pump room door collapsed from the weight of the ice and snow. It will be repaired as soon as possible.
Pickleball court #6 will be closed after Noon on Tuesday the 28th. It will re-open after the court is done being inspected by the vendor.
On Thursday the 30th and the 31st, the kitchen exhaust hood and roof will be repaired. Also the roof around the clubhouse and pool area is scheduled to be cleaned on Thursday afternoon.
