On Saturday the 7th we sent out the December Marketing flyer to past guests and current owners. There was a total of 9,565 email addresses associated with the email blast. We did receive a confirmation that 165 individuals unsubscribed from our emails.

I am happy to announce that we have, from Saturday until today at 4pm, received a total of 39 guest reservations. Of those, 17 were repeat guests that took advantage of our Winter promotion. The remaining 22 were first time guests with an average night stay of 5 nights.

We are scheduled to have a booth at the 2025 Florida RV Show in Tampa. The dates are January 15 – 19, 2025. We will be located at booth 221, same as last year. Stop by and say hi to Tracy and myself.

2025 Quarterly Dues

Quarterly dues for 2025 are now $875, $3,400 for the entire year. If you are on bill pay, please update your amount before January 1st.

Quarterly dues are due on the first of each quarter:

January 1, 2025

April 1, 2025

July 1, 2025

October 1, 2025

Invoices are emailed in the month prior to the due date. They come from the address: intuit-commerce, do NOT trash this email, it is your invoice for the quarterly dues.

Happy Friday!

The pool and spa repairs are almost complete. The spa heater has been installed. The handrail for the spa will be installed next week. The pool ladders and handrails have been installed. The water is still being treated in both the spa and pool.

The fountain lights should be installed next week.

2 pagoda lights were added across from lots 199 and 200 along the roadway. It was an area that needed more light.

2 water leaks were repaired this week. One leak was into the lake, and the other was a main supply line on a lot. Thank You John and Jay for getting them repaired so quickly.
