We are in the final month of 2024, it does not seem possible that another year has flown by. All of the decorations have been put out and the resort looks great. We had a visitor last weekend, he was watching out for us near the entrance. He was a gorgeous sight to see.

We had the tree lighting last night and it was a small intimate affair, just shows how many people have left for the holidays. Please enjoy the pictures below. Thank you to everyone who helped with decorating the resort and participating in our tree lighting.

The work at the pool has begun, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during the construction. We cannot wait to see the end result.

Propane Reminder:

Palmetto Propane services the resort on Thursday each week. You must be present at your coach or have a neighbor available. They do not have a set time to arrive, they try to accommodate us and arrive early.

It is a 6 gallon minimum and a $4 per gallon charge. Cash or Check only.

Please sign up by the Wednesday before delivery with the front office.

Happy Friday! (And FRIGID!!!)

One more chilly night expected here in Paradise. We will have a brief time of 32* from 3am to 5am. By 9am Saturday it will be 40*.

The pool has been drained, cleaned, recoated and filled as of 1pm today. The spa was drained, cleaned, recoated and filled as of Wednesday afternoon. The pic below shows the empty pool and prep work before the plaster was sprayed. This was taken on Tuesday afternoon.

I will post another pic next week when everything is cleaned up. The spa heater will be installed next week. The spa and pool will need two weeks of chemical treatments. The spa could be opened back up by Christmas week. The pool might be a week longer. More updates next week.

I am working with Spectrum to get an updated channel list. We have lost some channels and some have moved. If you have a modem and router thru Spectrum, I highly recommend streaming the Spectrum App. Samsung TV’s support the app. If you have any other brand you can get the app using a ROKU device. If you have any questions on streaming, please contact me.
