I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. This is the time of year that we reflect and express thankfulness and appreciation for those around us and what we are blessed with. We each are blessed with the ability to live inside a beautiful location.

Each owner started out as a guest to the resort. There was 1 specific thing that made you want to purchase a slice of this paradise, whether it be location, nature, a friendly neighbor, or ambiance. I say all of this because we received a review that a first time guest was not welcomed by owners during Owner’s Week. The guest did give us a 4 star rating for location and ambiance, but expressed warning that we are a “homeowners RV camping ground.”

Please welcome each guest just as you would a long time friend, as always that individual could be your neighbor in the future.

The kiosk has been installed. It is located outside the Fitness Center doors. It looks great and the announcements are crisp and clean. Thank you Mark for overseeing this project and ensuring it turns out perfect.

We began decorating for Christmas today. We need a few individuals to help decorate the clubhouse trees, one upstairs and one downstairs. Please meet at 10am if you would like to help.

Happy Friday! (Cold and wet!!!)

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Rene and I attended the dinner at the clubhouse and it was delicious.

As the colder weather approaches, please remember to disconnect your water and sewer lines if you will not be in the resort. If the temps do dip below freezing for several hours, management will turn off the park water during these times. Once temps are above freezing, the water will be restored. If the need arises, you will receive an email / text with details.

Please cut back or turn off your irrigation over the colder months. If you are not here, please let me know and I can assist you.

On Monday the pool resurfacing project will start. The pool and the spa will both be drained. Please do not cross over the caution tape and enter the pool deck. The only gate that will be open is from the parking lot to the clubhouse. The poolside bathrooms and showers will not be available during the resurfacing. Updates will be provided in Postings.

The south fountain had to be pulled on Tuesday. Another eel had to be removed. The fountain is back and working. The light kit should be here soon.

I would like to gather some info on the old lift that goes up to the kitchen. If you have any details to share on what repairs or failure it had, please let me know.

Thanksgiving dinner had a great turnout. I was informed there was a large variety and plenty of food. I would like to thank Ali Fletcher and Annette Grindle for organizing and coordinating the dinner.
