Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday with your loved ones. Be safe on the roads and give yourself plenty of time while traveling.

The Kiosk has been installed, our training will be next week and it should be up and running by December 2nd. We will provide a list of approved items that may be allowed on the kiosk in next week’s Postings from Paradise

Christmas decorating will begin on Friday the 29th. We will need volunteers to assist with the clubhouse decorations and tree decorating. Please email me if you are interested in assisting.

We have transitioned into a new season, fast approaching the Holidays. For all of our Rental Program Owners let this reset in seasons be a reminder to update any outdated site pictures, descriptions and/or site instructions.

Happy Friday!

The upstairs kitchen fridge is working! Please do not adjust the thermostat. The refrigerator was deep cleaned while it was awaiting repairs.

A roofer came out to inspect the leak in the exhaust hood. I am waiting on a quote for repair.

The issue with the fire alarm monitor panel has been resolved. There was a lapse in the communication system, and a back-up battery was needed as well.

There is still no update on the fountain lights. PLM was here Thursday to check the lake. Everything looks great.

Two pagoda lights with wiring issues have been repaired. There are four more that need to be dug up and rewired.

The pool and spa will be closed starting December 2nd. The pool area will be closed while the work is being done. Plaster work is expected to last just over a week and then an additional 2 weeks for filling and chemical balance. I will post another update in 2 weeks.

Join your HHIMR friends and neighbors at the Lantern Parade Saturday the 23rd.

Meet on the beach between Seaside & Shorewood Roads at ~ 5pm .

Beach walkway by Seaside.

Parade starts at 5:30, and they should come by us at about 6pm.

We will have a small crowd within the resort for December, therefore I have not planned any events. If anyone would like to arrange an event such as dessert baking, crafting, game nights, please let me know and I will assist with creating a flyer and sending emails to inform everyone.

Sign up has closed for the Thanksgiving Dinner. We are looking for volunteers to assist with cooking, set up, and tear down. Please text Ali Fletcher at 843-295-5474 or Annette Grindle at 585-217-7920 if you are able to assist.
