This week has been filled with finalizing the plans for Owner’s week. You will see below the sign ups required for events. This is not the full schedule, it will be posted next week. Thank you for your patience and volunteering to assist with events.

One week left to submit proof of Liability Insurance for all rental lots, November 1st. Thank you to all of you that have submitted your documents so far.

As many of the owners are returning for the season, we have seen an increase in packages. Remember to pick them up in a timely manner, we have limited space to house all of the packages for long periods of time.

Please welcome back Rick and Mindy Frye for the winter months.

JS Construction returned to address concerns. Repairs have been made in Phase 1. They will return on Tuesday the 29th for the Hook Up Area behind the courts.

Court wind screens, pool furniture and the shuffleboard court will be cleaned next week.

Reminder that all cardboard must be broken down. Also the recycle bins are not for trash. All items for recycling must be put in the bins loose. NO GLASS in the blue bins, please put glass in the dumpsters.

Thank you again for all the well wishes for Rene. She is doing great!

On Halloween, please stop by lot 308 with your pup to get a treat between 4pm and 5pm.
