Team Motorcoach

It has been a chilly week in paradise, looks like next week we may have some warmer days. I hope everyone is having a wonderful October so far.

I apologize for the delay in the communication regarding the water leak on Wednesday. The leak was discovered at 10:15 and we were not completely sure of the location. Once we were able to determine the location communication was sent. The leak was from the main water line located on the left side of the hook up lane. Jay Hawk and John Brodie were very quick in helping us with the where, why, and how of the leak.

When you are in the resort and you see any oddities such as water spewing, bubbling, or excess puddling that is not normal please let us know the location. With the infrastructure almost 50 years old, we are sure there are other locations with potential leaks.

Famous saying: See Something, Say Something.

Thanks!

JS Construction will be in the resort next week to repair the damaged asphalt in phase one and also pour asphalt in the hook up lane.

Republic Services has encountered equipment malfunctions and staff shortage, which has affected the trash removal in the maintenance area. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For all Rental Lots: continue to send me your Liability Insurance Documents. You have been doing a great job! Deadline is November 1st. Thank you!

Happy Friday!

Earlier this week the pool deck bathrooms and showers were deep cleaned. Please leave the black rubber mats on the tile.

The spa cover has been cleaned and placed on the spa. PLEASE put the cover back on when you are finished. The cover helps keep the heat in and debris out.

REMINDER that the first week of December the pool and spa will be drained and out of service for 2 weeks while being resurfaced. Re-opening will depend on the temps. The pool is not heated during January and February.

Over the next 2 weeks the wind screens on both courts will be cleaned. Cleaning will take place after 11am, and may last until 5pm.

Rene’s knee replacement went great. The doctor and nurses were very happy with her progress just hours after the surgery. We came home the same day and she is resting. PT has started and she is doing great. From both of us, we want to say THANK YOU for all of the love and support the last few days.

Have a great weekend and safe travels.
