This has been another busy week for us. We saw an uptick in last minute rentals. We have had several guests who are currently with us stop by the office and book their reservations for 2025. Please continue to make all of our guests feel welcome and want to come back in the future.

As a reminder, Guests have a rolling 365 days to book reservations. Please book your own reservations quickly if you have specific days you want to utilize your own site.

Thank you to those of you that have already submitted your Liability Insurance information. Remember the deadline is Friday November 1st.

Happy Friday!

It’s great to see so many owners coming back. Great to see more renters too!

This coming Wednesday my wife Rene will be having knee replacement surgery. I will be off starting Wednesday and will return Monday the 21st.

JS Construction will be back in the resort on Monday to clean up a few areas where the tack coat got on a few pads. In 2 weeks they will be back again to repair some road damage in Phase 1.

The water was off in Phase 1 for about 30 minutes Wednesday so a water leak at a pedestal could be repaired. The cause of the break was tree roots.

Owner’s Week November 11th – 16th, we are exactly 1 month away. We will have the schedule out very soon, we met today to finalize some ideas. Please keep an eye out for volunteers for certain events.
