A platform will be built next week next to the roll-off for landscape debris. The roll-off was moved closer to the other side. Doing this helped with the congestion around the dumpsters. The sweeper truck and the landscapers have access behind their storage building.
The south fountain will need to be pulled again because the lights have failed. Only one is operational. This repair will be performed by PLM Lake Maintenance.
If you are in the rental program and lock your irrigation, landscape light transformer, and/or shed, please leave the keys in the office. There are many times that we cannot get the lights to work for a guest because the transformer is locked. An irrigation leak is another reason for having access to the timer. If these items are on your shed and plugged into an outlet inside the shed, we cannot get them working if the shed is locked.
PLEASE breakdown all cardboard boxes. Place recyclable items in the blue bins loose, not in bags. No glass items in the blue bins. Old furniture, umbrellas, grills, fire pits and other large metal items belong in the trailer storage area which is to the right of the metal building.
