The lake fountains have been cleaned and returned to service. PLM was here this past week and treated water. We will be having a water test performed to make sure we have a healthy ecosystem for the turtles and fish.
Walkways around the office, playground, laundry, fitness, and pool entrance have been pressure washed. This will continue next week between the courts, and along the greenspace.
JS Construction was in this week to replace a broken valve in Phase 1. It was not in the roadway. Water was off overnight and repaired by noon the following day.
