It has been a busy, busy week for us! As you can see in the pictures the Paving Project has started and will continue through next week. The following areas are affected and are shut down to all travel:

Phase 1 (lot 1 – 50) Will begin Monday the 18th

Phase 2 (lot 51-54 & lot 73 -106) Will begin Tuesday the 19th

Shut down for phase 6 (lot 320 – 337) will begin on Wednesday the 20th

DAILY SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Work schedule is:

7:30 am – 5pm

When phase 6 is shut down the dumpster area is only accessible for our landscaping company. If you need access please communicate with Mark for assistance.

The Palm Trees trimming began this week. They will be continuing through next week.

Landscape walls were installed at the clubhouse entrance parking lot. They are located on the edging of the landscape bed and have lights to enhance the beauty of the landcape.

Happy Friday!

As Wendy mentioned above its been a very busy week here.

REMINDER: Please do not enter the areas where the construction is happening. This is for YOUR SAFETY! If you see cones, do not enter.

Irrigation in the paving areas will be turned off for a few days, starting Saturday the 17th. Water on the tack coat will cause issues with the paving process. All of the water in Phase 1 is off and some lots in Phase 2. We will be going around and manually turning off some in Phase 2 and 6. Once an area is complete we will turn the water / irrigation back on.

The water heater for the pool deck shower / bathrooms and the dog wash has been repaired.

The fountain is still off and will be cleaned next week.

Labor Day Celebration: We currently only have 14 arrivals for Labor Day Weekend. Our occupancy is very light. I would like to request some suggestions of an activity you would like to enjoy on the 2nd of September. Please email me with your suggestions.
