I will be out of the office on the 15th and 16th. We are dropping off our son and daughter at their colleges, finally the house will be quiet with only the pups.

Unfortunately Tropical Storm Debby caused projects to be put off by a week at least.

Palm Tree Trimming will be completed starting Monday the 12th

Paving project will begin on Monday the 12th, Hours of operation will begin at 7/7:30 am – 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Clubhouse Balcony resurfacing has been postponed to August 19th – 21st.

We have begun relocating some owners today, Friday. We will continue moving owners from Phase 1 and 2 on Monday, this is for preparation of the Paving Project.

Happy Friday!

I was able to get some power washing done yesterday. Washing will continue next week.

A fountain is off and needs to be cleaned. This will be done ASAP.

The water heater for the dog wash and outside shower is not working. I will replace the element next week.

The air handlers in the downstairs clubhouse now have air sanitizers installed on them. There is also an exhaust system for both bathrooms that got overhauled. New ductwork and a major cleaning was needed. There are a few minor items to install and will be completed next week.

The weather is HOT, HOT, HOT. Very little activities going on island wide.
