We have not had any activity with the Seating Area. We are still waiting for The Greenery to complete the paver repairs. Once this has been completed we will add pictures for everyone to view.

We have contacted 3 separate companies for quotes on the seating area furniture. Once those are received they will be shared with the board for voting.

We are obtaining quotes for the upstairs balcony to seal it instead of painting the concrete, the quotes will include the stairs.

Palm Tree Trimming will be done next week, 8th – 13th.

Happy Friday and 4th of July Weekend!

We finally got some much needed rain. The lake is still low but the recent rain really brought the level up. I am still waitng on a quote for the well repair.

It’s hurricane season. Please make sure items on your site are secured if you are leaving and not returning until the fall.

Please remember that every afternoon there are guests being escorted to their sites. Please follow the motorcoach exit route in the afternoons.

Fourth of July was a Success! Jake and Jorge were masters on the Grills! Lauren and Sandy were quick with the orders! Carmella handled the sweet station! Thank you to everyone who helped from set up to tear down!

The book club has been postponed to Thursday the July 18th.
