The Activities Seating Area furniture has been ordered this week. The anticipated arrival date is the last week of August.

Starting the month of August the Oasis Grill will only be open 3 days per week; Thursday – Saturdays 9am – 3pm.

We have finally received dates for the Paving Project. The milling of the roadways should start the week of August 5th. We will start relocating owners on the 8th and 9th of the August. I will meet with the owners affected by the paving, starting on Monday.

Palm Tree trimming will begin on August 5th. If you requested to have your palms trimmed and have not paid, please send your payment to the resort with your site number listed.

The YTD Financials and monthly reports have been uploaded to the Owner’s Portal.

The well pump for the lake was replaced on Tuesday. The pump runs from 6pm to 6am daily. Once the proper level is reached with the help of much needed rain, the timer will be adjusted. The lake is down 12″.

Common area walkways will be pressure washed next week.

JS Construction will be in on Monday or Tuesday to mark up the roadways for the milling process. Wendy will provide further updates as we get them.
