I have been in Orlando since Wednesday night for college orientation at University of Central Florida. I will be back in the office on Saturday and returning all emails and phone calls.

We have a new amenity in the Welcome Office. Now you do not have to go far to get cash.

The Paws Paradise Dog Park has a new sign hanging on the gate. We have also placed hooks on the inside of the park for your dog leashes while they play.

Happy Friday!

Last Friday afternoon we had a very severe lightning storm here. A tree was hit by lightning and split the tree. The lightning also blew apart 3 water lines at a pedestal. The leak was repaired on Saturday morning.

The chillers have been turned on in the pool. The temp is set to 87*.

The pool music system app had a update and is not working correctly. Sonos will have the app updated within a few weeks. The music will be turned on manually until the app is corrected.

The dog park will be closed Monday morning next week. I will be spraying outside the dog park for mosquitos and also a disinfectant inside on the turf. The park will be available after 1pm on Monday.

Memorial Day Celebration was a hit! We had a great turnout! Jake and Lauren prepared 120 hamburgers and 72 hot dogs. Thank you to everyone who supported the Oasis Grill.

Plans for the 4th of July Celebration is underway. This holiday falls on a Thursday, we need all and any ideas to celebrate.

I would like you to send me a photo of your family member that is currently enlisted with their rank and name by Friday June 21st.

The June activity calendar will be ready to post by Monday the 3rd.
