Team Motorcoach

The Activities Seating Area construction is coming along! Projects always look so messy during the process, I cannot wait until it is finished!

We had a contractor that specializes in leaks out on Wednesday to assist us with determining where the leak was located. We did succeed in finding the leak. It belongs to the site next door, located under the pedestal. We will have this repaired this coming week.

Please remember that every guest is a potential new owner, treat them with respect and welcome them to our community. Even if they do not purchase, we do want them to visit again in the future.

Reservation Reminder:

We have had several guests this week that have booked their stay for next year on the site they are currently on. The guests have the ability to book on a rolling 365 day calendar. If you do not have your personal reservations booked, please do so ASAP, I do not want you to miss out on enjoying your own piece of paradise.

Happy Friday!

PLM Lake Maint. was here on Thursday to treat the lake. No issues to report.

The turtles that have made nests in the resort are “yellow belly sliders” per PLM. Please do not disturb the nesting areas.

The tile work in the ladies bathroom has been completed. New shower curtains and floor mats will be put in both Men and Ladies bathrooms. The shower leak in the Men’s room was repaired.

The scrap pile in the trailer storage area should be gone next week. The recycler picked up half this week.

Have a great weekend and safe travels!

*Guys, don’t judge your wives decisions. Remember, you were one of them.*
