Happy Mother’s Day to all you amazing moms! Enjoy your day and make precious memories! Remember if you are in the resort, stop by the Oasis Grill and grab a special treat on the menu.

The activity seating area construction has been moving along. We have an estimated completion date of June 1st.

It has been a relatively quiet week until today. While a new pedestal was being installed a leak was discovered on a site. Unfortunately after 2 days of digging and searching for the leak we have not been successful, the search will continue next week.

Jeff and Johnene Belsky have received a full time opportunity in his career and decided to change directions for the summer.

Randy and Linda Lewis will be rolling out on Monday for the summer, but have no fear they will be returning in late August! We wish you safe travels!

Happy Friday!

A site in Phase 1 had a main water line break earlier in the week. Water was off in Phase 1 for about 90 min. Repair has been made and cleaned up.

The water for the resort was off for about 45 min today due to a water line that needed to be repaired around the pickleball courts. We could not isolate that area with individual valves.

Another water leak is currently being addressed. The leak was discovered Thursday afternoon and as of Friday at 3pm has not been found. Jay Hawk and his crew have been working hard on finding the leak. Thank you Jay, Juan, Phil and John.

The ladies room tile project should wrap up on Tuesday next week.

There is a turtle nest near site 333. It has been blocked off. Please do not disturb or move the cones.

Just a reminder, it’s weed season. Please take note if your property is in need of lawn maintenance. If you need assistance there are landscaping options to choose from. You can e-mail me and let me know if I can assist with that.
