The Activities Seating area construction has begun. The Greenery has removed some plants and set up the fencing for the construction. Before they can move forward, they are required to have the town inspect their fencing and tree barriers.

More water valve testing scheduled for Tuesday April 23rd for Phase 1 and 2 starting at 1:30 till 2:30. You will experience a short period of no water. This should be the last test for this area. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The lighting around the pickleball area has been repaired.

While work is being done around the pickleball courts, please do not move the traffic cones in the road. Please follow the exit signs in all Phases around the clubhouse to the exit gate.

The up lighting around the pool and pool planters will be on tonight for the first time.

Activities

We have not had a large turnout for the dog play dates, but we will not give up. We purchased 2 small dog pools for the dog park on Tuesdays at 4pm and Saturdays at 11am. Hope to see some of those puppies enjoying the water!
