The dog park is ready for all the puppies to use! Thank you to Mark for overseeing this project and ensuring it was done correctly and to our expectations. The toys and benches will be arriving next week. We have received many suggestions for the dog park name, thank you for all your ideas!

The approved means of communication with Resort Staff is email, resort phones, or verbal. We ask that you do not utilize our personal social media accounts to inquire about the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit Card Fees

As we previously reported, currently the resort is absorbing about $26,000 per year in fees for owners who are paying their POA fees with credit cards. Despite our best efforts, we have encountered challenges in securing a vendor capable of processing credit card payments and passing those fees onto the specific owners. While we are actively continuing our search for a viable solution, we have not been successful thus far.

In the interim, we kindly request that you consider paying your POA dues either via a personal check or via automatic bill payment through your bank. This adjustment in payment method is a temporary measure aimed at reducing overall expenses for the resort. We understand the convenience that credit card payments offer, and we share your desire to provide this option. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of a credit card payment option by April 1^st that would relieve the resort of absorbing the fees as we had hoped, but we are continuing to explore all options.

Since there is nothing new to report at this time, the SIPSD Project monthly owners zoom meeting for March 6th is cancelled.

Where are the weeks going. I can’t believe it’s March 1st. Hopefully we start getting some warmer weather. The winter has been chilly.

The pool heaters have been turned on to make sure there are no issues. One of the heaters will need a new control panel. It will take about 2 weeks to get and is under warranty. The water has warmed up from 58 to 70 since Monday.

Over the next few weeks we will be checking water valves in the roads. You will experience a brief disruption while we check valves. An email will be sent the morning of testing so please check your emails.

Bluffton Plumbing will be performing the repair of the main backflow. Parts are on order. There is no repair date scheduled yet.

The fountains will be pulled ashore next week and cleaned.

The scrap area has been cleaned up. There are still a few items that need to be cut up and put in the dumpster. Please do not leave items near the dumpsters, recycle area or the maintenance area. All items must be put in the trailer storage area. If you need assistance getting items removed, please email me.

*A friend invited me to play golf. I had to buy clubs, a golf shirt, golf pants, and golf socks. When I got home and opened the socks there was a hole in one.*
