The Management staff is in discussion with Spectrum about the current service we are receiving. Our primary goal is to increase the WiFi speed and reliability.

We have rearranged the the furniture in the downstairs clubhouse slightly. We have a new computer desk, office chair, and side tables arriving this week. We will be updating the computer/printer by the middle of February.

Please review your contact information on the Owner’s Contact List of the Owner’s Portal. If you see a discrepancy please let me know what should be updated. If you have 2 email addresses please let me know which is the primary one, this one will be used for the Board of Directors candidate voting.

1099’s are being mailed out this coming week. Your 1099 total will NOT match your Staylist records, due to receiving a rental incentive each quarter.

At the recent Owners’ meeting, January 31^st was set as the deadline to have the new payment options for the POA dues finalized and make the announcement to the Owners. 

With the year-end extra workload, Island Financial is unable to help us work out the credit and debit card processing details by the original deadline, and a new target date is set for February 15^th. The implementation of the new procedures will go into effect on April 1^st, which allows 45 days for Owners to make necessary arrangements.

Thank you to all for your understanding this past weekend with the cold weather. There were no issues at all with freezing pipes or leaks.

4 of the pagoda lights that had wiring issues were taken care of this week. Thank you to Bud Grindle and Team Motorcoach for all the help. There are 2 more to address.

Another dog waste station was added today. Please clean up after your pups!

The face of the clubhouse, upper balcony, stairs, and face of the lower clubhouse were cleaned. A few of the nonskid stair treads need to be replaced.

The elevator door sticking issue appears to be fixed. If you need assistance with the elevator please call the office. Do not push or pull on the doors. They will open and close automatically on a time delay.

Tony Goddard will be leading a bike ride on Tuesday the 30th. Please arrive by 9:15am in the clubhouse parking lot. He will leave promptly at 9:30am. The ride will be approximately 90 minutes,

e-bikes are welcome and the speed will not be above 11mph.
