Team Motorcoach

This month is moving along quickly! We have a returning couple next week to join Team motorcoach, Mindy and Richard Frye. Some of you may remember them from the fall/winter of 2020/2021.

We will have 2 more couples arriving at the end end of this month and beginning of November.

We have an update with Staylist that I would like to share.

When you sign into the Staylist Program you are now able to view cancellations associated with your site.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Halloween plans are underway.

Details:

Tuesday 31st

Time: TBD

Upstairs Clubhouse

BYOB

Dish/Appetizer to share

Costume Optional

Pickleball/Tennis Courts

Signs have been placed on the entrance gates that stipulate NO chairs/benches allowed on the courts. This rule is to be followed. I understand many are not happy with this.

Mark and I have discussed a solution that we hope will satisfy both sides. We hope to have this completed prior to owners week if not sooner. This will be temporary until the new seating area is complete.

Happy Friday!

The pool and spa will be chemically treated on Monday the 16th. The pool will be CLOSED until Tuesday.

The growth on the surface of the lagoon water is called salvinia. PLM Lake Maintenance will treat it this coming week. It occurs this time of year and will last about 45 days.

The fountain that recently stopped working had a fish caught in pump. The fountain is back in and working fine.

The staging lane power pedestals now have 50 amp to 30 amp adapters provided for guests. They are secured and can’t be removed. Breakers and outlets were also replaced.

The outgoing mailbox was moved from the front of the office to outside the mailroom.

In Phase 1 and 2, there is green ribbon around trees. These can be removed now. They were put on by Atlas, the survey vendor. We will remove the ones around the common space and clubhouse area.

Have a great weekend and safe travels returning to PARADISE!

Fall Owner’s Week

Please find attached what should be the final Fall Owners Week Schedule. I would like to thank Ken Hughes and Phyllis Wilhelm for volunteering to not only organize the Shuffleboard tournament, but also for stepping in to host the Bubbles and Breakfast on behalf of loop #1, they are now officially residents of Loop #1.2 🙂 With that being said, they would really appreciate any help at all for the breakfast and mimosas from any loop #1 residents or anyone for that matter.

Event registration will be going out in a few days time. There is no charge for any events, but we need numbers to help the loop captains with catering etc. Please only register for an event if you do intend to participate. Pickle Ball, Tennis and Shuffleboard will be registration by email, more info to follow shortly.
