Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% off for FMCA members, active duty and retired military, and first responders. We also offer 15% off monthly stays (must remain on the same lot). Discounts and offers may not be combined.

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome. The resort has a dog park and wash station. Pets must remain leashed (maximum 6-foot leash), cleaned up after, and quiet. Certain Beaufort County breed restrictions apply (see full rules).

The pool is cooled in summer, heated in fall/spring, and open year-round. The spa is heated and open year-round for guests 13+. Keep in mind that the pool and spa may be closed from time to time for routine services.

No. All rentals must be made through the resort office or online reservation system.

One car per lot, unless the driveway fits two side by side (no grass parking). Overflow parking is available short term. Golf carts are not permitted for owners or guests.

Generally no. Each lot is privately owned, so changes are limited and subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the Rental Rules section below.

Tow dollies may be parked behind your coach, except on lakefront sites. Because space varies by lot, please review your lot details or contact the resort office to confirm available room before you arrive.

 

Small trailers under 20 feet can be stored for a nightly fee. Larger or enclosed trailers must be stored off-site prior to arrival.

Yes, propane grills and fire pits are allowed. Charcoal and wood-burning grills or fires are not permitted.

Yes. Guests may wash their coach at their site. The office can also provide a list of approved detailers.

Our resort is partners with RVshare, the largest peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. If you don’t want to drive, you can rent a deliverable Class A or C and have it delivered to your rented site as long as it meets the criteria listed under “Coach Condition”.

Rental Rules:

Refunds
No refunds after check-in. Stays may be extended if the lot is available.

All incoming coaches are subject to inspection by Resort Management and Staff. Coaches with advertisements, signage, grill ornaments or decals are not accepted.For coaches 10 years or older, it is the responsibility of the Guest to provide pictures of Coach and receive approval prior to making a reservation. Coaches which are deemed unsuitable for the resort will be denied a site, normal cancellation charges will apply.

Jack pads are required for all coaches. Borrow or purchase at the office if needed.

Leave tied trash bags at your site by 10:00 AM. Break down cardboard for recycling. Do not leave trash out overnight.

  • Restricted breeds must follow Beaufort County ordinances
Fishing or feeding turtles is not permitted in the resort lake.

Return on departure. $15 fee for lost or unreturned cards.

Only propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed. No charcoal, wood fires, or open flames.

For the safety of our guests, owners, tree canopy and wildlife, please observe the following restrictions which are not permitted within the resort: Scooters, skateboards, hover boards, golf carts, drones, razors, radio controlled vehicles and toys, lights attached to trees, satellite dishes on the ground, clotheslines, drying racks, trash cans, gazebos, hammocks, canopies, tents, pop ups, go-carts, Go-Carts, Segways,

Note: Although e-bikes and e-trikes are allowed, our insurance requires that riders only use pedals in the resort and adhere to the 10-mph maximum speed limit.

Guests locked out after 10:00 PM will be charged a $25 fee. Climbing walls or gates may result in fines and/or eviction.
