We’re glad you’re planning your Hilton Head Island vacation with us! If you’ve been here before you know that our resort is located in the heart of the Island – just a short walk from great restaurants and shopping and a bike ride from the beach! You can get out and explore the island or spend days of fun without ever leaving the resort. Either way, your time on the Island will be full of memories!

This is a motorcoach-only resort. We welcome Class A and Class C motorcoaches.
All incoming rental or guest coaches are subject to inspection by Resort Management and Staff. Coaches 10 years or older must have prior approval from management before accessing the resort. It is the responsibility of the Guest to provide pictures of Coach and receive approval prior to making a reservation. Coaches which are deemed unsuitable for the resort will be denied a site, The deposit will be 100% forfeited.
All Inclusive
All rates include full hookups, cable TV, Wi-Fi, access to our beautiful clubhouse with full bath facilities, exercise room (waiver required), lounge with game tables, and computers. We also include access to our tennis and pickle ball courts, children’s play area, basketball and shuffleboard courts, pool & spa, dog park and dog wash. Our amenities are first class. Rates are for four (4) people per site. Additional people, 3 years and older, are $10 per person, per night. Maximum of six (6) people per site. Effective February 1, 2020
Check – In Begins at 1pm, seven days a week except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last park of the evening is 6pm, please contact the Resort for after-hours procedures. Please note that after dark check-in is prohibited due to insurance restrictions. We offer limited temporary parking next to the office with electric hook-ups for after-dark arrivals (fees apply). An escort will be available to take you to your site the following morning. NO refunds are given for an early departure.

For Short Term Rentals (for stays of 1-29 days)
Cancelation requested between 0 – 15 days – forfeit entire deposit
Cancelation requested between 16 – 30 days – forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancelation requested more than 31 before arrival – Deposit returned minus $50.00 processing fee
For Long Term Rentals (stays of 30 days or more)
Cancelation 0 – 30 days before arrival – forfeit entire deposit
Cancelation 31 – 60 days before arrival – forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancelation 61 days or greater before arrival – Deposit returned minus $50.00 processing fee
All Cancellations and Changes to a reservation can only be made by contacting our Front Office and speaking with our Staff at 843-785-7699. All Emails and Voicemails are not accepted for Cancellations or Changes.
All Reservations require a 2 night minimum, except during holidays.
Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) Minimum Stay is 3 Nights $10 premium upcharge per night during these holidays
