Ownership Basics

How does ownership work?

Each lot is privately owned. Common areas including roads, clubhouse, pool, and courts are owned by the Owners’ Association, Inc.
Our lots vary in size and shape, with dimensions averaging around 40’x70′ (~2,800 square feet). Please review the individual lot listing and/or ask our real estate agent for more accurate measurements of each site.
Participation in the rental program is an owner’s choice. The resort has requirements for all rental lots.
