Rental FAQ & Rules

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. 10% off for FMCA members, active duty and retired military, and first responders. We also offer 15% off monthly stays (must remain on the same lot).

 

Can I bring pets?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome. The resort has a dog park and wash station. Pets must remain leashed, cleaned up after, and quiet. Certain Beaufort County breed restrictions apply (see full rules).
