Paving is Complete! It was a very smooth process and the phases look great! Thank you to everyone for being understanding and patient with the phases being cut off. Thank you again to the owners who offered theirs site for their neighbors, it was very much appreciated. Enjoy the pictures.

The clubhouse balcony has received a wonderful upgrade. It will not be accessible until Sunday morning it has to dry and cure.

There was a conflict with the tree company schedule and they were not able to complete the Palm tree trimming this week, they will be returning next week.

The activities seating area furniture will be delivered on Wednesday the 28th. We will provide pictures in next weeks posting.

Each summer we struggle with many vacant sites not in the best shape regarding landscaping. With many pop up showers and the temperatures well into the 90’s weeds grow very rapidly.

It can be an eye sore and we in the office are following the policy and procedures of notifying owners when their lot has overgrowth. Lots cannot go 3-4 months without attention.

When the lots are not maintained it is a direct reflection of the entire resort.

We have less than 50% of lots that are being serviced routinely, that leaves the remaining lots unattended.

We are a close knit community and it takes everyone pulling together to keep us looking like Paradise and setting a welcoming experience for our guests.

Happy Friday!

Another busy week in Paradise. This coming week will be much quieter now that the paving is finished.

The pool will be closed on Monday the 26th and will re-open on Tuesday morning after Sweetwater cleans the pool.

Both fountains in the lake will need cleaning. This will be done next week.

Common area lighting and some pagodas will be repaired next week. I will be doing some pagoda bulb replacement after hours while doing security rounds over the next few weeks.

The lift pump for sewage was down briefly Wednesday night. The vendor bypassed the bad switch and was back the following morning to make the necessary repairs. We are waiting on a quote for a new control panel for the lift station along Dunnagans Alley.
